A: We get your initial thoughts on your requirements – it’s worth thinking about what you want in some detail, including:
- What style of music do you want?
- Do you need just the intro music theme for your show, or do you want an outro theme, or even mid-episode audio segues between segments?
- How much instrumentation do you want?
- Do you want us to do a voiceover as part of the intro?
Q: How much will this cost?
A: We’re not being evasive when we say ‘it depends’. If you ware wanting the whole shebang, it’s going to cost more than a solo intro tune. To give a rough idea, a 30-60second intro theme tune, that you keep the rights to, starts at US$200.
Q: So do I own the music you create for me?
A; Yes. Each one we create is for you and you alone, we don’t duplicate anything we do. We use fully commercially cleared samples and also do no duplicate samples across projects. You are paying us on a work for hire arrangement. We have no claim copyright-wise on what we provide to you. It’s yours.
